Bluepoint and Carestream win Gold for Best Advance in Leadership Development from the Brandon Hall Group
Bluepoint, an innovator and facilitator of advanced leadership development concepts and coaching programs, and Carestream, a leader in innovative imaging systems, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in the “Best Advance in Leadership Development” category.
Bluepoint and Carestream formed a strong collaborative partnership to create two high-potential development programs for emerging leaders and senior leaders. Each high-potential development program included a series of custom leadership development workshops and micro-eLearning programs, individual application coaching for each participant, and a group leadership project to apply their learning.
Neil Bryant, vice president of leadership and sales development, Americas at Carestream, said, “On behalf of Carestream, I am privileged and honored to receive Brandon Hall Group’s gold award for Best Advance in Leadership Development. This achievement serves as evidence of the ‘power of two.’ Two organizations, Carestream and Bluepoint, created something together larger than initially envisioned. And the beneficiaries of this partnership are the emerging and existing leaders who are elevating their skills, ability, performance, and enjoyment of leading… for their own professional growth as well as for making Carestream a stronger company. This endorsement fuels our future work in this field, and we’re grateful for the recognition. Hats off to our partners, and here’s to creating more exceptional development opportunities for our people!”
Julie Henry, director of client services at Bluepoint, added, “We couldn’t be more thrilled about the opportunity to continue our partnership with Carestream. We are proud of the work and the impact it has had on Carestream’s leaders and the organization as a whole. At Bluepoint, we are passionate about leadership development and how our programs can be used to build stronger organizations, communities, and families.”
Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts; Brandon Hall Group analysts; and executives based on these criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
